Returns of Online Purchased Goods.
Online sales of non-personalised goods maybe returned for a full refund. You must contact us within 7 days of purchase. The goods must be unused, undamaged and returned in the original packaging within 30 days.
Upon our receipt and inspection of the goods, we will then refund your purchase in full, including the P&P. The return costs of post and packaging are the responsibility of the Customer and are not refundable.
It will help our Customer Service if you could indicate your reasons for return.
We cannot provide refunds for personalized items. This includes items that have been engraved incorrectly due to your supplying incorrect spellings, so please ensure your spelling is as you desire the customisation.
Online sales of our goods are, with some exceptions, for mainland UK delivery only.
The Scottish islands and Highlands may incur an additional surcharge.
We can ship worlwide but please email us direct to request a delivery quotation.
